Welcome to Drillers ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using our mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
• You may use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the App complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Accounts

• If the App requires an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
• You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Subscription & Payments

If the App offers paid features or subscriptions:

• All purchases are final unless required by law.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your device's app store account settings.

4. User Content

• You may be able to submit, upload, or store content in the App ("User Content").
• You retain ownership of your User Content, but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use it as necessary to operate the App.
• You agree not to upload any content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes on others' rights.

5. Intellectual Property

The App and all related content (excluding User Content) are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the App without our prior written consent.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App or its servers.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its data.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of the App.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Drillers, its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users or us.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms in the App and update the Effective Date above. Your continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
